Group Class


Arogya focuses on facilitating small and intimate classes for all level practitioners, in a variety of different formats to choose from. We encourage students to try classes with our various instructors to see which best suits their needs. Beginners are always welcome, as our classes take place in a peaceful intimate setting to allow each student to receive the highest degree of personal attention.   • Vinyasa Flow works with the dynamic flow of the body, while focusing on alignment and breath in a meditative rhythm.

  • Fitness Yoga fuses weight-bearing aerobics and traditional yoga into a unique experience that truly awakens the body as it lengthens the muscles and strengthens the core. While improving flexibility it also keeps the nervous system elastic and more capable of bearing stress.

  • Prenatal Yoga is truly a gift to give yourself and your baby-to-be. This very special class keeps mommy fit and prepared for childbirth while deepening the connection to this beautiful life process.

  • Kids Yoga is fun, creative and helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. Kids Yoga is the perfect antidote for managing school stress, social anxiety, or a busy mind, since our classes work on building self-confidence, healthy social interaction, physical flexibility, and the development of concentration skills. This is a great way to help your child explore their bodily awareness while calming any hyperactivity and rebalance attention deficits. The union of mind, body and spirit is experienced and enjoyed as a wonderful tool on the lifelong path of integrative wellness.
