Return Policy
At Arogya Holistic Healing & Arogya Tea, we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. Please let us know if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase so we can try to assist you. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your products, we will gladly exchange them or issue a store credit for your purchase price.
Shipping Costs: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Arogya Holistic Healing & Arogya Tea is not responsible for the return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference or non-quality-related issues.
Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Gifts: If you received your item as a gift, we would be happy to exchange it or give you store credit to use toward a future order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, address, phone number, the order number, and the reason for the return in the package.
