The Lymphatic Brush: Large
The Large Lymphatic Brush is perfectly shaped to follow the contours of your body. It can be used as a face, neck, crown, and full-body brush. The soft yet firm bristles won’t irritate or damage sensitive skin and allow for gentle manipulation of the lymphatic system. Target sluggishness, flush excess fluid, reduce swelling, and support your immune system from head to toe.*
Elevate your self-care rituals with the Lymphatic Brush and experience the benefits of lymphatic drainage. When used alongside manual lymphatic drainage techniques, this specialized brush can help move fluids and decongest the lymphatic system.*

Contraindications:
Do not use if you have active cancer, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), or acute infection or inflammation.
Use caution and alter treatment if you have:
Bronchitis: don’t use directly over the sternum
Menstruation: can make period heavier
Nevus (Raised Mole): work around
Low Blood Pressure: be careful of over-use, do shorter sessions
Hyperactive Thyroid: do not work on the thyroid directly
How to Effectively Use the Lymphatic Brush
Light Pressure: A light, superficial touch is important as many lymphatic vessels lie just beneath the skin’s surface. Applying too much pressure can be counterproductive and may suppress lymphatic function.
Overlapping Strokes: Use a combination of short, long, and overlapping sweeps toward the lymph nodes.
Consistent Use: For best results, use the Lymphatic Brush at least 2x per day; morning immediately after showering and evening after cleansing your skin. Consistency is key, so shorter daily routines are better than longer, less frequent use.
Relax Into the Routine: Work slowly and mindfully. Relaxing into the movements and calming your mind creates a ripple effect that slows your breathing and balances your nervous system.*
