Pre-Rain Dragon Well Green Tea (1 oz)

This exceptional grade Pre-Rain Dragon Well is from the first budding harvest of the season. Teas harvested before the arrival of the spring rains are referred to as “pre-rain” or Yu Qian meaning “before the rains." The tender leaf buds are gathered and quickly pan-fired to stop any oxidation and draw forth subtle sweet and savory tasting notes. The pan-roasting process also gives the leaves their signature blade-like shape, as they are pressed against the hot surface of the roasting pan.

Each brew delivers notes of smooth chestnut and golden grass, without any astringency, while refreshing the body and bringing the mind to new levels of awakening.
