How to Re-Roast Aged Oolong Tea
Dark roast oolong teas lend themselves well to aging but require periodic roasting to remove any moisture and renew their vitality. We recommend re-roasting once a year.
Over time, oolong teas will deepen in intensity and complexity of flavor becoming rich, deep, nutty, and smooth. Visit our blog to learn how to re-roast your tea leaves.
